Since QR-codes look like Rorschach tests it was only one step further to combine Alan Moore’s vigilante antihero and QRcodes. the code scans “HURM …” btw. that’s the noise Rorschach used to make throughout the book series when he was really annoyed. so like .. all the time actually.
