“Terracotta Soldier” by Frank Lee aka Sinotology

The Terracotta Army stands in formation around the tomb of the First Emperor of Qin, the man who unified China. Thousands guard the emperor, ranging from foot soldiers, to horsemen, to generals—and each of their faces are unique (crazy, huh). They serve as soldiers of the emperor’s army in the afterlife, and because he wasn’t the nicest of emperors, they protect him in eternity against the enemies he has made during his rule.
